GUEST COMFORT

Every stay at Kuganha is shaped around ease, privacy and personal comfort. The details are practical, considered and quietly handled, so guests can settle into the suite without interruption.

Pillow menu
A pillow menu is available for guests who prefer a specific style of sleep support, from soft goose down and hypoallergenic microfibre to memory foam, orthopaedic, latex, cervical, pocket spring, body and wedge pillows. Preferences may be shared before arrival or during the stay, allowing the suite to be prepared around each guest’s comfort.
Laundry
Complimentary guest valet and clothing care is also offered during the stay, including wash or press service with a standard 24-hour return time. Minor garment repairs, such as securing buttons, repairing a loose hem or attending to a small seam, can be arranged where possible. Everything is handled discreetly, allowing guests to travel lightly and remain fully present in their time at Kuganha.
