Inverdoorn Game Reserve now offers a unique star-gazing experience. Each evening (weather conditions permitting) after dinner, clients are invited too join our rangers, as they journey through veld, gazing the the stellar sights of the Karoo skies.
Guests receive a basket filled with delicious, eats and sweet treats – ready for two to share and head out to the lookout point where you’ll have picturesque 360° views of the Karoo plains.
Our Karoo High Tea includes a glass of sparking wine upon arrival, complimented with a selection of Carmien Teas, delectable bites. in the tranquil setting of Karoo surrounds. Adding to the experience is a guided walk around our cactus garden, a tasteful and scenic experience in the vastness of the Tankwa Karoo.

The Game Reserve is also home to a cheetah rescue and rehabilitation centre. Experience a cheetah run from an elevated zero impact position, including an educational tour from a distance or from a game viewing vehicle. All activities will have a NO touching or interaction policy.
